Rob Wiggins has released the 'WOTR skins templtes and skins mod', which replaces the 'WOTR Skins Mod (Version 1.4).

Contains the original skins mod and also offers a separate folder containing the Hurricane and Spitfire templates.

The download page is dated 23rd May 2019 - if you see different, refresh the screen and/or clear your internet cache (search history),
