The missle nicknamed "the flying Ginsu" can be used against just one person. Upon reaching its target it deploys long knives (and other sharp metal) to slice through human flesh.

A see-through model of the original Hellfire missile. Imagine the center replaced with a set of pop-out blades, and you've got the "Flying Ginsu" - the blades can cut through concrete, sheet metal, and other materials surrounding a target

The CIA designed a secret Hellfire missile that's basically a meteor filled with swords to minimize civilian casualties

Awesome.

“Government has three primary functions. It should provide for military defense of the nation. It should enforce contracts between individuals. It should protect citizens from crimes against themselves or their property. When government-- in pursuit of good intentions tries to rearrange the economy, legislate morality, or help special interests, the cost comes in inefficiency, lack of motivation, and loss of freedom. Government should be a referee, not an active player.” - Milton Friedman

If something 7" in dia hits you are just as dead without being sliced and diced.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Yes but a 7" diameter missile with six 36" blades arrayed around it is much less likely to miss.
