The first part is in a trainer and appears to have been filmed in the 1980s. The female officers have at least two years of commissioned service, judging by their rank, but handle the launch keys somewhat awkwardly so I don't think they are an expert Minuteman crew. Furthermore, they are in service dress -- not the more utilitarian crew blues fatigue uniform at that time. I'm guessing they are among the first women accepted for Minuteman duty (or Peacekeeper, not sure how different the consoles were since Peacekeeper used former Minuteman sites) and this is a documentary of their training. They might even have transferred from the Titan II system.

The video then transitions to a Minuteman III launch animation showing the weapon system's current configuration of one reentry vehicle instead of three. The strike on a targeted city, and the music of course, are not part of the original launch video.
