you mean the FF series or their other titles ? the FF is all in steam now, the others are hit and miss, but will problably get added, japanese developers are finding pc gamers for the first time, lots devs bring classic games or previous exclusives of consoles to pc

Both, I definitely liked Chrono Trigger and what was released as Final Fantasy 3 in North America, more than FF7.

Secret of Mana was a strong maybe.

The thing that the original FF7 had going for it was a massive budget, still one of the largest among single player video games to date, and as mentioned, a lot of that money went into marketing.
