Does anyone know if there was any LO modeling done for the F-117, or is it simply treated as another aircraft by the Radars in the game?

All aircraft in DCS have an RCS. The F-117's is tiny.

While RCS is modeled, last I checked, AWACS and EWR can see the F-117 at very long ranges. You'll have trouble locking it in a flyable aircraft though.
