I won a lawsuit based on weight/height.
We were sold a critical illness health insurance policy, my wife and I bought developed cancer within a year. Insurance balked at paying my wifes due to an omission of previous health issues, I stated that we were never asked the question involved and we proved that the policy seller did not ask us those questions because he had obviously made up height/weight figures for both me and my wife, IE he had filled out the entire form on his own without consulting us.
