I've noticed a mismatch of names between the order the flight's pilots are listed on the main squadron screen, and the mission screen. Not sure who is where in the formation.
Note: I fly with labels off.

What do you mean by mismatch, wrong names, wrong order or something else? Maybe post some pictures to show exactly what you are seeing?
It does not necessarily correspond to the formation.
