There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Awesome stuff!

I didn't realise any were still in service but I see quite a few countries still operate them.

I think the Japanese will be replacing those Phantoms with F-35’s eventually.

Phantastic!

Phantom to F-35, that’s quite a leap in technology!

In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

Sill my favorite jet warbird of all time. No longer relevant in the A2A role, but from what I understand still remarkably capable at A2G after 60+ years thanks to massive upgrades.

Forgot to mention that the photography was really stunning.

Beautiful cinematography. I especially loved the rainy scenes. Top Gun 2 needs to ooze the feel that the quality of this video has. This video captures the mood and spirit that aviation lovers want I think. It makes me want a Japanese Phantom sim now.
