I’m looking forward to it, hopefully it’ll be as true to the book as is possible in a single feature-length film can be. ANYTHING will be better than Lynch’s Dune, though. Well, after seeing the Jodorowsky’s Dune documentary I think that would have made Lynch’s seem like it was 100% faithful. It’s sad that until the SciFi miniseries, the most faithful interpretation of the book was an Iron Maiden song released a year before Lynch’s “Dune.”

I look forward to Jason Momoa saying, "May the hand of God be with you." As much as I am a fan of the Lynch version, I am excited to see the new version. Such an awesome story needs to be retold.
