I was inspired by MarkG's top 10 thread to create this new thread. I would be very curious to see the responses here considering the typical SimHQ demographic.


There are a couple of caveats:


1. No soundtracks
2. No live albums


What is the most recently released album that you have purchased? Format doesn't matter (digital, CD, vinyl, etc.).



For me that album is "Memory Almost Full" by Paul McCartney which came out in 2007.

I have a streaming account and didn't buy any physical support for ages, and never "bought" digital.

Last album I downloaded from deezer is belgian singer angèle's "bröl".

She has a nice voice, her songs are surprisingly mature. Her brother does music too, and they duo in at least one song.

I don't subscribe to any music streaming services, I prefer to support the artists I like more directly by buying their albums. That way they get more of my money.
