OMG. I just fainted. Where's my fortune when I really need it?
Aside from DG's potential issues, and I hope he's fine, these are exquisite, historic guitars. I don't know which ones he is putting up, but he owns some really rare ones, like '57 Strats and Strat #1. He has a '55 Gold Top LP with P-90s and a Bigsby. I want it. He is one of my inspirations, and one of the reasons I began playing in the first place. A legend. And criminally underrated as a guitar player.
When I was growing up, so many of my player friends liked EVH, or Randy Rhodes and guys who played with speed. Technical marvels. But I was drawn to DG. He played with emotion, expression. Melody. He played SLOW! And blew me away. Still does to this day. Legend.
