These ships are shepherds. They were built a long time ago and are from Heaven, they help keep the rings intact, so where ever there is rings around a planet there are shepherds that keep them inline. These ships have been around since our Lord God created the rings during the Milky Ways construction. They are flown by Artificial Intelligence NEXUS and are from Heaven.

Here's another ship the Black Knight and it has popped up from lower orbit above Antarctica to observe the ISS docking. The Black Knight is a ship that removes a group of carbon monoxides from the atmosphere which is why there is a hole the ozone. The oxygen is removed from the CO and placed back in the atmosphere.

The Black Knight ship and the Space Shuttle, it's clearly bigger than the shuttle and the film most likely from a drone. The ozone hole is only temporary and will be fixed later.
