My hat is off to all of you. Thank you for your service.

Salute to all veteran. Never served myself, although I was CIVLANT for eight years and spent a month in the Persian Gulf during the 1987-1988 Tanker War with Iran. So I got a small taste of what those serving deal with. They all deserve our respect and appreciation. They pay the price of the freedoms that we enjoy.

Big bow for the military from all countries that are/were fighting for real freedom and peace. Only not for the wrong use of military power, pure for countries own profit.

Dutch, I also join in saluting those who served around the globe in defense of the freedom, safety, and dignity of others. I certainly did not mean to leave anyone out but simply noted my country as we are celebrating Veterans Day here today. I do realize others around the world do the same, Britain and France and Belgium and Germany in particular on this very same day.

A sincere thanks again to all of you who took the oath and placed yourselves in harm's way.

We can only offer thanks to all you Gentlemen and Ladies who have served so generously that we may live with the freedoms you have provided us. A VERY LARGE THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE SERVED !.
