The computer cant find the Outcome files so the game wont play. I am probably at fault on this one because lately I had computer issues

Need more info. What changed specifically?

Did you reinstall WOTR?

May need all of your WOTR logs,

Did you try setting cfs3.exe to rubn as administrator, or WOTR.exe.

This error is result of game crash, not reason (source) of it. Outcome.dat file is created only after normal end of game. If you can not run game in 3D, the problem is elsewhere.

Cfs 3 exe Stops. then DDL comes up. Recently put in a new Vid card AMD Sorry I did that but my Nvida one was dying Artifacts all over the place.

Ah that's a BIG change, and one you should have mentioned in capitals as it's rather fundamental change.

Ignore the outcomes message that's just a result of the runtime crashing and not producing (obviously) any outcomes from any mission as you didn't have any!
