One of my all-time favorite movies, "Close Encounters of the Third Kind," apparently has a history that I was not aware of (like a lot of movies). It seems that the original script was written by a guy named Paul Schrader. For some reason, Steven Spielberg made some changes and . . . I don't know, some crap happened. I can't help but to wonder sometimes how the movie would have turned out differently if other people had been involved.

The issue is not p*ssy. The issue is monkey.

I often wonder how movies would have turned out if another director had handled it. It would be great to whip those movies from their alternate timeline into this universe smile

Movies I would like to have seen directed by their original/earlier choice:

AI by Stanley Kubrick
Watchmen by Terry Gilliam
Antman by Edgar Wright

In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!
