I was using NCrawler's version to listen to the speech in your European files. One of your US sets is French, and there is another one that is Italian. There is a checkbox for instant play, but although the first one selected may play the next one always gives a CTD. I could only listen to them without a CTD by a three step process. However I have been able to determine which set is which. The background to this is that I am trying to set up your Swiss theatre for 160 because it is an excellent theatre to play EAW in, with lots of mountains and lakes. I get a bit bored flying over sea with no visible land. Currently I have the US pilots speaking French, the UK ones speaking English, and the Germans speaking German.

There is a "Switzerland.exe" 7-zip in the 160 Special folder (with the link in my signature) Run it in the 160 directory. One thing that may seem odd is that Moggy used the French files for the US speech. This was because the Swiss pilots spoke French. With my regular trips to Switzerland I decided to keep it as such. What I would like to do is to convert Moggy's skins and make a real Swiss planeset. The Dir.set file name (which will be installed in the "LongDirSets" folder) is also in French "70-Suisse". I recommend people using targets and bases in or close to Switzerland rather than far away in the UK. It uses the "seasons" folder so if you want hard snow set the date to December. Jel

I managed to find the two in FAW39. They are both Finnish, one is a Gladiator and the other a Fokker CX. It seems hardly worth converting them. A ski-plane set could be a curiosity, but it may be short lived Moggy: The Turin target is beyond "the wall". I will move it even though it will not be geographically correct.

Moggy: The Turin target is beyond "the wall". I will move it even though it will not be geographically correct. Yes, I moved the Wall In my original pre-Swiss 1940 map I moved the wall back half the distance to the edge of the map area. In those pre-code days we did it by editing the wall coordinates in the exe. It brought a bit more of Italy in to play, and also that base in Brittany. 99.99% of the time players are never anywhere near the wall, so it didn't much matter. It was convenient for the "Swiss Invasion" scenario in due course, where the Italians would be involved. Incidentally, you can see from this map portion how easy it would be to put bases in Czechslovakia for that Sudatenland scenario.
