Hey Guys,

I thought I would post this here as most should be familiar with TrackIR5.. What I am trying to do is instead of running Windows Explorer, I am using a lite version called Explorer++.. I am testing something is why I am trying E++ but I am having issues to get TrackIR to even run/start..

I get an error beep when I start TrackIR.exe and it does not work or even start, I don't see an error message just a Error beep and nada.. I also tried another E++ trype Program and had the same result when trying to run TrackIR.exe.. I was wondering what would cause this and if anybody is familiar with E++ or trackir5 to possibly know why it will not run in Explorer ++??

I do not have TIR, but I have run Exploerer ++ for quite a few years now. The main issue I've experienced with it, is that I can't copy a file in Explorer ++ and then paste it in a Windows Explorer window. Drag and drop doesn't work either, IIRC. This mostly seems to be a Windows issue, though, since every other program I've tried (other file managers, archive managers, etc) all handle these operations with Explorer ++ just fine.

Does TIR work when started via plain Windows Explorer?

yes trackir works fine in windows..
