Getting near the last episode. Just watched one that was like Westworld meets the village. I know I had never seen that one before.
Be seein you.

I had no clue who Patrick McGoohan was until I saw him in “Braveheart”.

When first seen on English TV (when I first saw the original transmission in 1967) the location was so surreal and bizarre that most viewers presumed it was a built set, not a remote 'village' in North Wales!
We visited it not so long ago on the occasion of my youngest daughter's graduation from Bangor University. Absolutely amazing place to visit. Fortunate with the weather for once, as usually we are greeted with a wall of rain as we approach the border to Wales.
Here she anxiously watches for 'Rover' from the concrete ship oft featured in the series':

It almost looks like a Disney theme park village.

Columbo was a bit before my time and I never watched "Murder She Wrote". Great actor though with a tremendous screen presence. He was just amazing as Edward Longshanks in "Braveheart".

yes he was good in that too, I first remember him as the doctor in the Three Lives of Thomasina which was filmed in and around where I used to spend most weekends as a kid. I would have been 6 when the film came out https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057579/ And still I have never seen The Prisoner, I know he is Number 4 but that is about all, each time it has been repeated I have been elsewhere and unable to watch or record it - one of these years I must watch it
