♬There,ll be bluebirds over, the white cliffs of Dover

I'll never forget the people I met
Braving those angry skies
I remember well as the shadows fell
The light of hope in their eyes ♬

Way over in Perth, Western Aus...
That looks super - I just seen it is released. Will they end up having MP I see it's single player now?

Probably just SP only mdwa if WOFF is anything to go by. The Ai is incredible even in this Phase 1 release.

So do you really need MS Flight Sim to play this?

You need to own CFS3... but you don't need to install it.

On patrol south of Bournemouth, the usual convoy sweep... got into a scrap with a Heinkel and got jumped by a 109 who put a couple of holes in my starboard fuselage.
Didn't find out until I landed (had to divert to Christchurch as it shook me up a little)... I didn't even see the bloody 109 until he screamed past me.
Luckily he wasn't a good shot biggrin

Those are nice shots, and I checked out the videos at their site as well and it looks pretty good. Cliffs of Dover looks maybe a little better graphically, and works OK after the Team Fusion update, so do you guys think WOTR is worth getting if you already have ClOD?

The major thing that stands out with WoFF and WoTR is the campaign.
The AI and the whole feel of the experience that makes you feel like 'being there' is what makes these games for me.
RoF, CLoD, and BoS are great games in their own right, but their AI let's them down in my view. (from a SP perspective)

I know that CLoD under TF are giving their AI an overhaul and I am really looking forward to that smile
RoF and BoS have a great feeling of flight, but again their AI does need looking at.

By the way, I own all these games and have had many hours of great fun with all of them, they will remain on my HD for years to come!

I couldn't agree more with Troopers sentiments, they match my own feelings exactly

Nice pics gents. How is WOTR performing? I have an older AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4ghz with a GTX 770 4Gb. I am wondering if I will get decent performance?

I'd say it was a bit more demanding than WoFF UE mate!... I've got a GTX 1060 and I'm not able to run it on high settings.
However, the campaign is of the usual WoFF standard with good AI smile

Good to see you Blade. From the FAQ pal......

1) System Requirements: What do I need, so I can fly ‘WOTR’?
Minimum System;
CPU: Intel 3.0 GHz CPU Speed or higher. NVidia Graphics card, 670 GTX or above or equivalent ATI/AMD
GPU. 1.5GB or more of GPU on the card is recommended. PC with WINDOWS 7 64 Bit, WINDOWS 8 or 8.1
64 Bit, or WINDOWS 10 64 bit. 6GB RAM or higher. Windows XP or 32bit operating systems are not
supported.
You need a PC Joystick.
Direct X 9 must be installed

Read through the FAQ section 4 for more details on installing DirectX and elsewhere for other help. Note
to run with a lower system specification, using lower graphic settings in Workshop – see section 13.
Recommended System;
Intel 3.6+GHz CPU or higher. Multi-core will only help speed slightly.
Nvidia 970 GTX or 1080 GPU or higher for best performance with more than 2GB VIDEO RAM. High
resolutions like 3440x1400 or 4K will likely require 1080 GTX or higher depending on system and settings.
Equivalent ATI graphics card with 2GB + RAM should be fine but not recommended.
Operating System: PC with WINDOWS 7 or 10 (64 Bit) are recommended. Windows 8, 8.1, 10 (all 64
Bit) are OK. Windows XP or 32bit operating systems are not supported.
Memory: 8GB PC RAM or higher.

I personally think you,d have to maybe try all 3,s in Workshop? but echoing Troopers comments the Ai is excellent, the graphics "crisp and clean" and maybe we will see some "tweaks" come soon. Especially if Ankor can get Dx11 working.
