So I was running this with WOFF before as well, but in WOTR it's oddly consistent:
The game works fine whenever I launch it and play a campaign mission or a QC. However, whenever I exit that mission and try to play another one, the game launcher gets to "loading runtime" and then always, unfailingly, pops the following error (see screenshot). That would be right about the time that the game would normally hand over to CFS3.exe.
My solution now is to always just quit WOTR immediately after any mission, then launch it again before playing the next mission. But I was hoping there might be an easier way! And yes, I am running the program as admin - doesn't seem to make a difference.

If you're having trim problems, I feel bad for you son I got ninety-nine problems, but my pitch ain't one...
Sounds like a memory issue - low memory - other graphics apps or 3D apps running? Windows registry OK? etc need way more info than that you;d have to send it and info as per the FAQ last two pages to support. Try a memory scan in windows. Click on start, Type memory, click on memory diagnostics..
