Now that we have aircraft with real wheel brakes: is there an easy way in-game to invert a control axis? I've got Saitek pedals with toe brakes, but their mapping is backwards - pressing down on a pedal releases the brake. Haven't found a controller setting to make them do the opposite.

No easy way in the sim no but you can edit the WOTRKeys.xca file in
C:\Users\YOUR-LOGON-NAME\AppData\Roaming\OBD_Games\OBDWW2 Wings Over The Reich

Find the pedals entry lower down look for Scale="64" whatever next to it, change to Scale="-64" save the file. Try that.

for example

<Device Type="CH PRO PEDALS USB">
<GameMode Name="Player">
<Axis ID="X" Action="AXIS_LEFT_BRAKE_SET" Scale="-64"/>
<Axis ID="Y" Action="AXIS_RIGHT_BRAKE_SET" Scale="-64"/>
<Axis ID="Z" Action="Set_Yaw" />
</GameMode>
</Device>

See the WOTR FAQ section 25 for how to do this with rudder pedals, just look for the brake entries instead.

Actually we may be able to add this function to the function binding tool.

It worked fine, no issues!
I think if you could even allow the scale under "advanced" to be set below 0 in the keys menu, that would already save a little time.
