After the inevitable EMP attack, and the internet is destroyed, what's the plan? I reckon we keep one old Pentium 2 machine wrapped in tinfoil and buried with Falcon 4.0 already installed. Meet up at the base of Devil's Tower on the first of the next post-month attack for a LAN meet and we'll fly some co-op.

Sounds like a great plan to me! Old Grognard, Bill and Forward Observer can provide the armaments and ammo to protect our bunker. smile

OG's pretty resourceful. I'm sure he'll have several cases of Iron City beer stashed in the bunker.

I'll bring EF2000 since it fits on a 256meg flash drive - dynamic campaign and all.

EAW will probably work as well....and it has a pretty good solo campaign if coop players are in short supply. I'll be isolated in the north Atlantic so you will have to do without me wink

As long as you guys with all the loot/gold cooperate...

I'll bring the trouble.

Well, you all won't be hurting for conversation. If each of you talk half a much as you post here on SimHQ, it will be like a teenage girls slumber party for at least a couple of years. By that time the electrical grid should be back up and you all will be in good shape. blahblahblah blahblahblah blahblahblah blahblahblah postcount

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Oh come now! I’m sure the SimHQ crowd would appreciate an energetic live reading of “The Gallic Wars” by Julius Caesar.

Or just swap stories of medical procedures we've undergone.

Rebuilding the internet should this time come with micro-payment built in. People's email fees should be a function of their conduct. Send mass emails? Pay a higher price. Also, email traffic needs to work with sender verification, and should offer end-to-end encryption by default. With those elements, the apocalypse may be worth a price to pay.

In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

Assuming the bunker is only for SimHQ members, I sure hope no bunker sex is going on! Lol.

In that case, I predict a shortage of clean socks within the first 3 days! biggrin
