I can’t find an uninstall APP. And WOFF doesn’t show up in my list of applications. I know how to delete it. But isn’t there a process to uninstall it somewhere?

To do a clean uninstall, please refer to section 17 in the FAQ.

That’s the strange thing. When it crashes, WOFF disappears from my menu, and the uninstall function in toolbox also disappears.

This sounds very strange.

You could try a reinstall and then immediately follow the FAQ procedures to uni stall/remove WOFF. The reinstall should restore your tools.

Sounds like an Anti Virus program is deleting things. Therer were some false positives, so check your AV logs.
