Hi Nowi,
I believe you are talking about "Head Shake"
With WOFF not running, edit the file D3D8.ini file at "C:\OBDSoftware\WOFF\WOFFScenery\Shaders\d3d8.ini" .
Set HeadShake=0
You can also use a JSGME mod to edit the d3d8.ini with custom settings to make it easy to turn off/off.

Yep, same boat here. I have it turned off.
Remember, if you reinstall or another WOFF patch comes out, you will need to redo the edit. Thus the suggestion to look into that mod (which I still have to do myself.)
