Is it just me who thinks that a clean Hornet looks wrong? Especially one that does afterburner with no fuel tanks on? I feel like it's just asking for trouble! biggrin

Nice shots as always, bisher!

I did not see a single HARV with fuel tanks(after one minute of research). I see I left one pylon on, meant to remove all. So I could have housed a fuel tank smile

Whaddya mean, wrong? She's beautiful Ice! smile

Lookin' good piper! smile

Just a matter of preference, really, I think. Like your last pic, again with no fuel tanks. Just looks wrong. I think of fighter aircraft like a mean machine, a beast with sharp teeth and fangs. A clean aircraft, with nary a fuel bag, looks like an old granny who forgot to put her dentures in biggrin

This shot by piper, clean but with a fuel bag (and a Sidey), looks better. It looks like it's going home after a good mission, hence the empty pylons, but needed some extra fuel and that's why it has a centerline fuel bag. A totally clean fighter looks like "I'm just doing touch-and-goes and practicing my traffic pattern approaches"

If you zoom in real close, you can see Tom Cruise.

It's official. While the shots look cool, the plain skin just doesnt' do it for me.

Glad you agree with me! smile The screenshot angles/camera work is awesome though. Like I said, you have a great eye for these things!

I've also realized that while I don't like clean aircraft, one with empty pylons looks okay. I guess it just hints at the fighter being RTB after a successful mission.
