While they look cool in some odd way, I think it'll be too out of place. I just can't get past the looks. Other offerings here have looked better.

Estimated price that was communicated to someone at the flightsim show this past weekend is ~$500 USD but haven't seen a release date. I can guess it will not be too far now since they already have that device ready to be put into the TARGET software.

Is it just me or is that thing just begging to be bolted down in a simpit? I don't see any way that it can be stable or immobile with that design without being anchored down in some way.

It's about time TM got around to making the fabled RCS Pro, so to speak... not the cheap TFRP, but something absolutely high-end, more overbuilt than the Cougar or Warthog that you'd pair with it.
$500 is a steep price to swallow for pedals, though, certainly MFG/Slaw/VKB/PFC tier. I'll have to wait for prices to drop on these. But TARGET compatibility alone means it wins over the others, since I need the ability to merge my controllers into a single DirectInput ID without having the default controller IDs visible. Some older games are just quirky like that.
That said, I'm in no rush. My Simped/vario pedals are still quite nice to work with, and the fact that they're gameport pedals makes them trivial to interface with a Cougar (or, more recently, a RUSBA if I need them to work standalone).
