I finally fixed EAWPRO's rotating Windmill R/S and uploaded a replacement version. The model's original properties were restored and the object is fully stable now.
The file is available here:

https://rabartel.home.xs4all.nl/DownLoad/WindMilRotate.zip

To install: extract the .ZIP into your EAWPRO gamefolder, where the EAW.EXE resides, and allow overwrites.

The model was too small and it's R/S was flawed. Both got fixed.
