I have WW II fighters running great on Win 7 64 bit using nglide..I have a bunch of mods from the old MODS cd just haven't added them in,,And have FS1 running with the cd in Just had to add a fix for joystick troubles
As I have said, finding the "Suggested Mod" section on the CD, while not immediately apparent, gives about 10 or so must-installs, so to speak. I've done so, and game is quite nice.
Just the other night, I sustained engine damage when stalking a German bomber (my fault, needless to say), and the quality and realism of the engine flames and oil on the windscreen were a definite cut (or two) above the usual.
