HI ICE, thanks for the reply......problem is I bought the Persian Gulf map figured I use my bonus points....and it did reduce the price, but when I paid it went through at full price, Now if it's too new to use my bonus I get it....live and learn.. but the rub is I didn't get my bonus back, so at this point not only did I pay full price for the map they have my bonus too! Now I tried making a ticket and the site tells me to check previous questions first YADA. YADA cant find anything that relates and get looped back the beginning. now I stuck in a loop. Can't find an Email where I can contact them, do you know a way?

Don't worry, You're not the only one biggrin. There's some more general, technical eff-up going on and the ticket submit site says that "At the moment bonus system is under serious reconstruction and will be available a few days later. You can purchase a product for a full price or wait. Thanks for understanding!"

I don't think there's a way to contact them outside of ticket site.

Hold on and wait for the dust to settle!

Might be best to simply gather your "evidence" for now (screenshots, payment records, etc.) and then try again when things quiet down a bit. With the release of the PG map and Hornet, I guess the team and/or forums will be busy for a while. Good luck!
