For those that have Steam but enjoy mobile gaming Steam have released an Android app that streams them to the phone/tablet. Think its on Apple too or coming soon.

Its only a beta at moment but tried it on my Pixel 2 XL and Cold Waters ran well, better than the actual Steam Link I bought for the TV.

Your hardware link needs to be on ethernet or 5GHz wifi with a good signal. If you have that, it’s excellent. 2.4GHz doesn’t have the bandwidth.
Nice to see a new free service, I just have no need to access Steam on a tablet. Maybe they’ll eventually put this on Roku and Amazon Fire to stream to your tv?

I access my Steam account on my smartphone and I love it since I can buy something that I notice is on sale right away when I'm not home.


Mobile gaming though? Zero interest. I can't exactly play F1 2018, Total War: Attila or IL-2 Stalingrad on a smartphone or tablet.
