Well we all criticise ED and DCS, I know it's only a small mod of an existing aircraft, and I'm not sure if it was ED or another developer that made it,
but for once I think this is a nice addition and a positive for the series that they put in for free. So I appreciate it as I like the Flanker and any of it's versions.

Now I need to learn how to use the clock and timer in the cockpit to manually time to pitbull on the R-77 as they are not as dummy proof and "digital" as the F-15 and AMRAAM!!!

If I recall from the news letter, it is a 3rd party team that is doing the Chinese assets for free (which is to include various non-playable vehicles). Probably a Chinese group making these out of passion. Probably don't have what it takes to make payware, but starting with an FC3 level aircraft that can use an existing plane as a base is a great way to get a start. If they can expand it further and make a flyable Su-27SM2 I'd be very happy as well. They're called Deka Ironworks. They are also producing a full module (JF-17) which will probably be released sometime in 2019.
