Question for you pilots. What is the rod with the blue knob on the end for? She push-pulls the rod and adjusts the knob.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

High G maneuvers are great to watch, but I was never that crazy about them. Some people just love it, but my body could never get used to it.

This is another fine example of just how talented female pilots are. It is a matter of finesse as opposed to brute strength.

The opinions of this poster are largely based on facts and portray a possible version of the actual events. More dumb stuff at http://www.darts-page.comFrom Laser: "The forum is the place where combat (real time) flight simulator fans come to play turn based strategy combat."

I had seen this vid and a few others of hers before. Amazing pilot.
Watched it again just now.
Seems to me that in this particular airplane and, in most I have flown in with a constant speed prop, the blue control is the prop. Listen to the engine as she adjusts it while climbing out.
I have flown in aircraft where they were both black!

I love the fact that she is all calm and expressionless for most of the routine, save the couple of punishing maneuvers when she raises an eyebrow, but then looks right at the camera with a big grin.
