EDIT: SOLD

Bought three XR3501s new last September for a triple screen setup but no longer need them. They are ultra widescreen with a resolution of 2560x1080 and run as high as 144Hz.

All three in perfect condition, even have original boxes. They currently go for minimum $600 online each (which admittedly is a ridiculous price), so I think $375 each is a reasonable price.

The boxes are huge and quite heavy, so at this point I'd prefer to have somebody local (I'm in Fairfax, VA) pick them up as opposed to trying to ship them.

<raising hand> biggrin So who wishes they lived in VA right about now? *lol*

I'd love to take you up on it, I even thought about driving for a moment (I'm near Atlanta GA). I keep having to talk myself down smile

Best of luck, it's a good deal for some lucky soul.

I have bought from Greg in the past and wish I had the space to make use of these myself.

What is the story on that nice looking desk you have them on, custom made?

Hey there David!

So when I decided I wanted to swap out my 50" 4K TV for a triple-screen setup in my racing pit, I knew I'd have to build my own desk to support them. I basically just took the dimensions of the monitors and the space in my den that I had to work with, and quickly sketched out and then drew out in Powerpoint a design that would work. I then left work early one day and picked up all the wood I'd need from Home Depot, went home and cut everything to size, then nailed it all together and painted it. I'm no carpenter so my work looks pretty rough up close, but overall it looks fine and does the job. Here's a few more pics of it in process.

One big downside is that due to the constraints of my den, there's no way I'll ever get this thing out of there without completely disassembling it! Oh well.

Hmm, not sure why the thumbnails are showing upside down, but it appears they can at least be easily rotated when viewing them by clicking on them.

Heh...plywood and 2x4's. My wife just doesn't seem to have developed the high level of appreciation that we guys seem to have for the brilliance, flexibility, and overall fine craftsmanship of this technique wink

Outstanding job there, Greg. Simple, and to the point, but the shape gives it a definite refined look (*lol* maybe that's why my wife doesn't get it...I use a circular saw and the cuts are (arguably) square) biggrin biggrin biggrin
