I don't know how many of you fine flying folks are into tabletop RPGs à la D&D and similar, but I've seen one that recently funded on Kickstarter that you all might liike. Flying Circus is from what I can tell, First World War Airplanes & Cthulhu & Dragons. It's got a more fluid and in-depth flight system than other RPGs I've seen, based on managing two values - airspeed and altitude. I've played another game by the same creator, PATROL, and it's excellent.https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/310174564/flying-circus-a-roleplaying-game-of-high-flying-ad
Anywho, that's enough shilling from me. What do you guys think of it? Looks cool to me.
EDIT: Forgot to mention - the part of the game I'm most excited about is the mechanic for building and customising your aircraft from different parts in the books. I heard the game played on a podcast, and one of the players was flying some kind of unholy cross between a Farman Shorthorn and an Airco DH2.
