Thinking of taking the plunge..but need to know if my system specs are good enough to run it at an acceptable level,,I don't mind playing at reduced graphics level..But want to know if oit will fly,,Tired of First Eagles 2..thank you for ant advice

Yes, it will work on your system.

Your 3 GHz processor is at the minimum requirement standard for WOFF. So you would have to run on lower settings.
