It depend what mission type you play: Campaign -> select group with AH64A and select mission. Nice feature is to set camcom = 1 parameter in eech.ini -> then you can create mission in campaign by click on some targets. In freeflight -> push F12 , go with camera to AH64A and press U . Normally you can fly any helicopter on Freeflight mode by pressing U, with no cockpit CTRL+F1 and only with 2 mfds on left and right bottom corner - push [ and ]. On some maps there may be disabled some types of helicopters.

But in eech D version have A 3d cockpit.
And A have old 2d cockpit.
Eech no have real D apache cockpit with TEDAC.

Do you still have TEDAC XIII? AH64D's 3d cockpit used in EECH is the block2 version done by Arneh.
