If the need was ever felt for a new smart phone to "get to know" the user quickly, which is to say to have the option to create a custom user dictionary within minutes, then the Cellphone Dictionary Maker may be of some use. This program will crunch any utf- 8 encoded .txt file into a list of words which can then be imported into a custom user dictionary of an Android smart phone using the User Dictionary Manager application available on Google Play Store.


To use this program one will need a computer, while the text files which are to be converted to dictionaries can even be books in .txt format, downloaded from the gutenberg.org website.
