I had a great working copy patched up to 4.11 with every single campaign and add on but it wont work in windows 10 (it stops loading at 95%)

I went ahead and purchased the 4.12 one from steam and now I am looking for an all encompassing patch I had seen here a while back but now cant not find. any help appreciated.
