IIRC - The first shot was just a quick mission dog fight. I was surprised at how easy of a kill the 109 was. Second shot, I think was a quick mission bomber intercept. I was booming and zooming, not paying attention to altitude. Finally I boomed too low and wasn't able to pull out before I pancaked into a field.

You guys are enjoying Kuban too much. I don't have it yet. But I intend to get it. Gonna pick up that Spitfire with it, too, I think. In the mean time, the improvement in the Stalingrad map is dramatic. I actually was very disappionted in it when I first purchased the sim during the Christmas sale. Regretted not getting Kuban instead. It was flat, lifeless and colorless. Now it's filled with more trees and the ground has dips and rises and it's much more interesting to fly over and look at the countryside. I've flown over the Kuban map online and I'm looking forward to it, and of course adding those planes to my hanger. Nice shots!
