That Lagoon, seen it before. Didn't a guy named Shreck do that?

I been looking for his 512x512 terrain files and other work thats not posted on Tally-Ho.
Does anyone have all his work?

I saved notes some where...for his stuff...Ill look for them.

Shreck did a complete set of photo realistic atoll tiles for the Midway theatre, including Kure and Wake and various others.

Yeah, what happened with Shreck's work and with Shreck. From the archives I've read that several theatres were in an advanced state of progress, being develloped in cooperation with Wudpecker as far as I recall. Those tiles were about the last thing I've heard about them in 2015. Where is all that stuff?

Shreck made the atoll tiles for my Midway update, so I have the tile map and tiles for that (mostly blue sea with a few airctaft carriers and battleships, and the odd atoll and isolated rock!).

The others, I don't know.

Sounds like a perfect M1 scenario, as it was called in OAW times, like Roy's Lakes, Pobs' Culot interdiction, Jel's Isands. A simple way of creating 10 tile EAW worlds with just two or three targets. In fact that's what I thought it was back then, an easy way to learn about creating full EAW worlds.

I have Erik's ( Shreck ) old contact info if anyone wants to attempt to connect with him.

I think he gave up EAW due to real world issues, not a lack of interest and I found him to be very approachable. It might be possible to ask him directly what EAW material he has.

Also, he has a folder on the GEN server but I don't know what's in it.

I have finally got CAW working after fixing the TMod.dat table. It had the old 46 byte structure, and no header.
Groundstarts are possible from some fields, including carriers, but more work needs to be done.

Glad to see the Brit carrier from SPAW in there.

FWIW, lots of other SPAW TMODS would be a direct transplant.

Wouldn't it be great to see the long awaited B29 in there, an M1 world with Shreck's tiles, SPAW objects and B29's, or wouldn't that be appropiate.

At the extra target I placed every one of them. Now I can fly view them to see what they really look like

Checking some TMods which are nameless in CAW I found a few in the early slots which are really nice ships. So I put them at a new target



Where did they come from?

Possibly early edits of the original destroyer tmod, which I did for the original Midway.
