Anyone remember this movie from the 80’s? I loved Catherine Mary Stewart back in the day! I had no idea it was based on George RR Martin’s work. Kind of a B movie, but very recognizable people on the cast. I always felt that Event Horizon might have had a bit of this movie in it. Sci fi horror, telepaths etc, “living” ship...cool movie. Apparently there’s a new SyFy channel show coming by the same name. Not sure how it will translate into a show, but it could be cool.

Wow, that movie came out in 1987? Judging by the special effects and the visual style, it looks more like 1980!

It didn’t look that bad at the time. The exterior shot of the ship looks terrible. LOL I think the finished movie was better. In my mind if not reality.
