Kali Linux for Windows 10 now available in Microsoft Store

Soon also Debian, SUSE, Ubuntu, etc. soon or already join Kali in the Microsoft Store.
As Debian comes to Windows 10,..

Wonders never cease, eh?

Now this is odd because Kali Linux is not something most ordinary users are going to want. Its actually more for hackers frankly.
To Quote DistroWatch - Kali Linux is a Debian-based distribution with a collection of security and forensics tools".
So something security auditors use to check penetrations to Windows. And also rather infamously a platform used by hackers having less noble motives.

I'm on Linux Mint 18.3 Mate version - built on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

If anyone is looking into Linux that is not experienced I would recommend that if its a typical desktop software you want an Ubuntu-based system is easier to start with than Debian testing branch.
LTS simply means Long Term Support. Usually 5 years from release date.
Also Suse can also be good, its mainy the paid Suse enterprise product that is noteworthy.

That said Kali Linux will do in a pinch if you have some special need like running wireshark, etc... lol.

(Seems Microsoft may have shot itself in the foot in the long run on this one!}
