I tried again copying manually the second image link, and then Google asks me to log on. If I do, I still get an error screen.

Weird.

Hi Gang, I changed my last post to a different host. Are both the images now visible to all?

I can see both now, and it's impressive smile

The weathering on the canvas covers is kinda unreal realistic.

Here's a shot of the rigging process. Needle sharp tweezers needed. I have to say that once I got going, my first go at rigging has proved massively enjoyable.

And fully rigged. (All incidents of anchor loops pulling out and looping lines over other lines are edited out due to offensive language.)

I'm just waiting to see how he safety wires the bolts for the propeller.

Hi Gang,
First, apologies for the lack of updates regarding the Pfalz. The model was largely finished in the last picture, and I got carried away and finished without taking any more WIP shots. (Only the propellor needed doing really.) Then, I've just been really busy with life, but today got the chance to take some photos of the finished model. This has been a sheer joy to build, teaching me all sorts of things about real aircraft, and new techniques for models, including simulating wood and installing rigging. I'm really pleased with the finished article, as is my wife who says it is the 'most aesthetically pleasing of all the models you've built.' High praise!

Thanks for following and looking in, and once again, many, many thanks to RSColonel for the gift of this kit, and the chance to build it. I'm really looking forward to the Pup he also gave me, when I've had a good think about how to retain visibilty of the much more complicated interior.

Cheers!
Gareth

--- Out of superlatives...

A sheer joy to follow your building process, I've got way more fun out of this than doing it myself would have given me.

Absolutly perfect, stunning, amazing work, great decision to leave the maintenance covers off.

My favorite parts are the tires and prob.

Hi All,
Thank you all so much for the very generous comments.

Colonel - The colour profiles in the kit manual show this aircraft with no spinner. All the others have them so I have to assume that WNW know what they are talking about.

Cheers all,
Gareth

Interesting... Such a streamlined design, yet indeed there were at least two or more examples flown without spinner.
