It is possible make such glass reflection like in this cockpit? right window. I try many times in eech, but even when set reflectioon to 50% this looks good, but lost visiblity.windows are either dark or milky how i have to do it correctly? Do you have to use texture for reflection?how to avoid losing transparency?I do not need an entire guide, only one two-sentence .

I don't think it's possible with the current engine

ok, a little more detailing.yes i know its possible make reflection keyboard, mfd switches in window glass.this is easy, dont need them. I want strong reflections of the entire windshield of the entire cockpit when changing direction.strong white reflections, without any specific details.something similar is possible if change reflection over 50%.but then the glass is milky, very little to see.how to do it, with 100% visibility?

Did you try changing the luminosity?

[Re: XIII]
yes, here example front window- normal glass bright and 100% visiblity. Left windows- 50% reflection and 100% luminosity. Much darken. Why reflection cause worse visiblity? how avoid this? Any tips please.

[Re: XIII]
as I said apache cockpit has some bug in reflections,.and probably not just that. 3 reflections 100% 50% and 15, In new lighting mod is other than all others cockpits . the lower version is from blackshark, but in version 1.161 apache looks just as well.
And the question - the bottom three windows - why the picture is not 100% transparent, and how to avoid it?

yes"the lower version is from blackshark, but in version 1.161 apache looks just as well."
i made the same surface in apache and blackshark, And test in your new lighting mod,and on 1.16 .1 in 1.16 .1 all reflections is ok, even in apache. in lighting mod only apache has black reflection, others good. but i have no texture, its only reflection.

[Re: XIII]
ok, it's a little messy the question is still up-to-date, in the picture we can see three levels of reflections 100% 50 and 15 in 100% visiblity is very dark. I want visiblity from 15% but with reflection 100%. its possible? What im doing wrong? Reflection need texture for correct work?I need dependent on movement reflections. Please...

[Re: XIII]
yeah, it's possible that it happen because of different scene rendering code. I'll check it myself then.
it's pretty obvious that 100% reflection gives non-transparent mirror. remember that it's not natural reflection, but non-transparent texture, so you can't reach exactly same effect like in the example video.

[Re: XIII]
is it normal behavior when I upload to the layout scene a complicated cockpit like ka52 takes up to ~15 minutes? is there any magic option that speeds up the loading?i have good ram and cpu.

[Re: XIII]
before you use rail extrude make UV map for extruded element (from side). Then after rail extrude you get nice UV map. Only put seamless texture ant thats it.

I'm trying to make illuminated gauges like in the picture.i made a 3d image, texture ,, luminosity 100%. I placed it on all cockpit clocks. The problem is that in half of the clocks it is highlighted and in half not.And so it is in other cockpits not only ka50, some parts remain dark despite the 1000% luminosity. Is this a matter of code, is it set in the code, or am I doing something wrong in lightwave?

Do you mean the illuminated ring inside the edge of the dial face? Do you have a shot of what it looks like in game?

[Re: XIII]
yes i mean ring. Sorry cant do screenshot. the upper clocks have a bright illuminated ring, the lower ones are dark and not illuminated. in apachealso the glare shield or some other parts is dark despite the use of illumination. Looks like range of light covered only a part of the cockpit. I'm wondering if it's code settings or I'm doing something wrong.
