One of my favorite aspects of the game is the incredible variety of skins (and the sheer quantity of them - over 7,000!). I've been scanning through the files in order to create a list of my favorites. While doing so I ran across a couple of old Pfalz models that I don't ever remember seeing during a campaign flight.

The two-seater (AI) has the only skin files that I've seen that are identified as being for 1914.

The single seat model is the EIII.

Must be a day for firsts.
Flew with 60 Squadron (which I have done many times before) in a morning mission on January 1, 1917.
Actually ran into a Fokker Eindecker for the first time ever.
Thought it would be an easy victory (even with the Rolands and Halbs about) but I was quite rusty and ham-handed on the stick. Be embarrassed to post my shooting %. Yikes.
