Guys,

I'm having real problems getting this to run on my win 7 machine.

I've visited the main forums and checked out as many posts as I could find but am still no further forward.

Vanilla install to new folder on D drive. (copy purchased as a download from Gamersgate)

Unofficial patch (Eng)

Compatibility: Win 7, XP SP2 and SP3

Run as administrator

4GB patch

Reinstall

STA1

So far nothing seems to work. I have an NVIDIA GTX 1080. Driver 384.94
Direct x 11, (loaded 9c as part of the install)
Windows 7 Home premium, 64 bit (service pack 1)

I'm familiar with JSGME having used it on numerous other games and am relatively 'PC savvy' but can't seem crack this problem. Clearly it can be played on Win 7, just not by me.

Thanks

Paul

I've given up. It clearly will not run on my machine.

I recently installed mine on Win 7, 64 Home, GTX 1060. I didn't put Direct X on or anything else it listed. Installed SSM, STA 1.2, GMP 1.47, the 1.2 fix, 4Gb patch, and then turned AA off in Nvidia Control Panel and set it up in Nvidia Inspector. Have you posted on the STA forum?

I mean, I guess it would just be a guy who you know, grabs bananas and runs. Or, um, a banana that grabs things. I don't know. Why would a banana grab another banana? Those are the kind of questions I just don't want to answer. -Michael Bluth
