Well, there ya go!!! So, not such a dumb idea after all. And it uses the LA-5 as a Zero, like I suggested. I'm liking it. Looks like I'll need Kuban to play it, but I had intended to get it eventually. Yeah, escorting A-20's to hit naval targets, bounced by Zekes in my P-40 or P-39. Now, that's what I'm talking about. Yes, I like it. I'll be there.
If this sim had some of those twin engined Russian SB bombers they would have made great Japanese planes, too. Surprised it doesn't They were widely used by the Russian Air Force. Thanks for that.

There are two versions of the mission, one where you will fly in a flight of USAAF P-40's of the 49th Fighter Group, 8th Fighter squadron. The second you will fly in a flight of RAAF Spitfire Mk Vb's of 457 Squadron. As the title says, the mission will be for you to defend the docks. Enjoy! This may be a stupid question, but you need Batle of Kuban to run these missions, correct?

Yeah i'm about 90% sure it won't let you play single player missions on the Kuban map with out owning it. The multi-player server however you can join without owning Kuban and you won't have any problems.
