Hi Robert, I had a quick look at your modding tutorial, and no offence, but it seems a bit laborious to be honest.

The reason I say this is due to fact you are using DXTBMPX program to open and save your .dds files.

There isn't much point using this when you can natively open and save .dds files directly in Corel Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop installing this free plugin from Nvidia :

Nvidia Texture Tools

If you do not have access to the above mentioned Image editing programs, You can use the freeeware Open source image editing tool call GIMP found here :

GIMP Freeware Image Editor

After installing Gimp, you can then install the .dds plugin for free found here and open and save .dds files natively :

Gimp DDS Plugin

It's far more efficient to your workflow and editing to just open and save the files you are working on in the actual Image editor of your choice as opposed to constantly Import/Export them through different programs and file types.

Hope this may speed things up a bit, Regards !

This version is just a change of format from ".doc" to ",docx" so that it is compatible with Microsoft "WordPad" an app that comes with Windows.
