The black helos will be over F4U's house any moment now.

If you use Google earth and go back a few months, May 2017 if I remember correctly, you can see it on the pole at the end of the radar test range, a few hundred meters to the west from where you linked the image
Edit: this...

I'm not so sure on that, the wings folded don't match the plan view of the object, and the fuselage is too pointed, the angles compared with the drone don't really match either.

Okay... if that is the same "thing", and I believe it is, why would they do a radar reflectivity test on it with wings folded? That is if it really is the X-47B, which I am now doubting.

That's a real interesting piece of property to look at. If yo click on that airframe the Google map labels it as "Hypersonic Test Vehicle". Elsewhere though, way off to the farthest western most part of that complex looks like there's a helicopter with a crazy amount of rotor blades on it or something. Maybe its a special piece of equiptment used for testing rotor blade performance? I also see what looks like an open hangar and a piece of rocket stage sitting in front. I see too further south what looks like a rocket or engine testing area because you see this rocket-like tube laying on its side and everything in the woods behind that area is torn up and knocked down. Off to the east appears to be where all of the different company businesses and headquarters are. Interesting that FPL has some offices in there amongst the presumable government contractor's buildings. Perhaps they provide the power for these companies but its just interesting to see how all of these big entities are in apparent relationships with one another.
Using Google Earth I've taken screenshots of the east and west ends of the runway whenever the object was in view:

Sikorsky , Pratt & Whitney, Aerojet Rocketdyne amoungst others have factories there so no surprise in seeing unusual "objects" there
