Yeah M8 hopefully get back into Sims I've pushed off,,And a friend gave a nice 24" monitor.....Only troubles are I can't get IL-2 Blitz to run just a box with the title and it quits

I've the same problem, mate. After you get that, ctrl+alt+del and close the launcher64, and instead of using the default Blitz shortcut, open steam, go to the Blitz root folder and start the launcher as administrator. I'm having good results using this method.

Yes it's DX11 capable and I play Civilization VI in DX 11 mode ^ I also waiting on Tech Support from Mu cable provider....My computer can't fins web pages and the trouble shooter found nothing wrong....Drove me crazy yesterday I paying the gas and electric Bills and my internet would freeze up and the modem would reset the connection Finally got on the phone to pay my bills,,,And the Tech I talked to didn't really Know any thing see reset it a few times ..I told her I unplugged the modem and computer and waited a while
....And walked to the computer shop and bought a new Ethernet cable,,,,Then she asked is it a lap top or desktop,,,It's an older machine like 5 years...Desktop I didn't like a lap top...Then she asked If I had a power button on it at that point I asked her to bump me up to the next level and support,,I talked to a person who knew something ans the tech guy is coming between 3 and 4 Time Warner has great techs..Last year I couldn't connect a guy came but the net would,t stay up..I called them back and raised Hell...The next morning two guys showed up and one got a ladder and checked the box on the pole and found a coax connector that was was L shaped

Not much a tech guy Russ but are your new video card DX11 compatible?
The path you posted is correct, inside the "Common" folder you should have IL-2 Cliffs of Dover Blitz folder. Do you have this folder?

got my card in and where before i had to run Bat on lowest settings and only was getting 25-30 Frame Rates....For I'm now able to run it on high and get mid 51's and CLOD runs sweet..Took shogun 2 and Company Of Heros 2 for a spin and smooth,,
Had a tech support guy here and the fool said there was nothing he could do it was the browser throttling things back ..This is the same clown who came here last year and found nothing wrong,,I simmered for a couple days and raised hell and they sent two trucks out and found a bent coax on the telephone pole and problem was fixed...I try to cool down when I get mad because I tend to get rude,,,hell they take my $160 every month,,But off line is doing fine just need tweak a bit,,i've been known to get rude but i'm trying to be nice,,Must be the old Marine we have an allergy to B.S.,,,but just was doing touch and goes in a Stuka great to drift away only bad note was the dude who fixed my computer a couple weeks ago didn't properly set the heat sink on my CPU There's 4 little tabs that lock into grooves on the heat sink and I found it just laying on the mother boardand not plugged i,,corrected all thatand I have big hands tough working inside a case

Glad to know your problem has been fixed. Sometimes a bit of rudeness is the only way to resolve some problems, unfortunately.

Hi M8 video card is working great..Played some company of heroes 2 earlier and no stutters...Still have a bit of connection troubles but seems to get less each day,,,Trying to work out my team Speak problem where the microphone won't work..I miss flying EAW with VonBeerhoven and the guys..Ordered a new headset/Mic from Amazon with a usb connector and not the jacks...Going over to the SAS site I remember reading IL-2 runs better on a single core and I have a 4 core AMD CPU got to find the post on how to switch to single core and make a batch file to switch it and run IL-2 BAT..Fired it up yesterday and it wouldn't run,,,,glad I made a backup on a thumb drive and it worked fine..I'm going to fly The Golden Age I like the old kites
